Giving away these pattern books

[Update as of October 10: Available pattern books have been claimed. Thank you!]

I know I won't use the following crochet pattern books. I'm sure they'll be of interest to someone else so I'm giving them away to the first person(s) to make a comment on this entry indicating you want one or two or...all of these books. Do not leave your mailing address in your comment! I will email you later and you can then send me your mailing address. These books are being given way - they are free.

  • Crocheted Country Coasters
  • Holiday Holders (thread crochet)

i'm so glad you found us at crochetville! thanks for the offer of the books - if you haven't gotten a request for the baby pets, i'd love to have it. i belong to a stay-at-home-mom's group and there are always babies being born. i like to crochet gifts for them... i'd like to do something more than just blankets :)

Cheryl,

Wow, you have such a giving heart to have just recently received these pattern books and now to be giving them away :).

If you are still wanting to give some of them away, I would be interested in the country coasters one. I haven't done any crochet at all with thread, so I wouldn't be against one of them as well .

Hi Cheryl, I would love to have the Country Coasters Book, or the Pot Holder one if you wish. That's so nice of you to offer!

Michelle

What a very generous offer. I would love the Teddy Bear wardrobe book if its still available. My granddaughters recently went to one of those stuff-a-teddy-bear parties. It didn't take long to figure out those places make their money on the accessories. I adapted some baby clothes patterns for them, but they are not nearly as nice as the patterns in your book. You'd make my twin granddaughters very happy. And when they're happy, grandma is happy, lol.

Wonderful! The books for Rebecca, Lily, Michelle, and Dorothy are being mailed tomorrow. I'm glad these books will have "homes"!

I wouldn't mind the wreath one if still available.

Got my wreath book THANKS my hubby is going to love these! (He's been wanting me to make wreaths!)

Cheryl, thank you so much for offering these pattern books, I'd love to get Crocheted Country Coasters or Hot Pads for All Seasons.

Again, Thank you so very much,
Elaine

Hi, Elaine - I'm sorry but all the pattern books were claimed. I guessed you were so excited about the offerings you missed the notes at the top of the entry and next to each pattern book photo.

I recently received, however, an extra copy of "Christmas Spirit Afghans" from the Needlecraft Shop (a photo of the book is in my Pattern Book Index on the Holidays page) and would be glad to mail it to you if you're interested. Just send me your address if you are (don't post it in my blog, however)...

Happy Turkey-Day!
-Cheryl
