How can I get the pattern for Bill's Black Ski Cap?

Since the pattern is from a copyrighted book, I cannot send it to you. I made up a different pattern that I published on my blog.

If you need it, I have charts of average head sizes posted my blog.

A basic cap can be made using any stitch in rows, increasing stitches on rows for width, and not increasing for length. Start with a 4-chain ring. Once you've made one hat, you'll know whether you need adjust hook size or number of rows for head size.

Hope this helps!
