2004 was a year for lapghans and afghans! 22 total with 18 completed between January and September! Other completed projects include 5 pillow covers, 5 ski caps, 2 cat toys, 2 berets, 2 scarves, 1 Christmas tree skirt, 1 wimple, 1 shawl, and 1 turtle.

I didn't start keeping track of start and finish dates until October, so the January through September project dates aren't specific.

I am trying to find the directions for a Woman's Day magazine pattern for a "1 day lap afghan"...it is one large granny square that you use 3 strands of yarn to crochet. Size "Q" crochet hook. You keep breaking off strands of the 1st color every few rounds & add the next color.

(btw...it was from the mid 1980's, I believe)

I have the Woman's Day magazine pattern for the 1 day granny square afghan. It uses three strands of Unger's Fluffy yarn. I will gladly send Janet and Grace a copy of the pattern.
