Today is our 20th Soup 'n' Sandwiches Anniversary! 20 years ago tonight, Bill invited Greg and me to have dinner with him and his boys. Tuna sandwiches and vegetable beef soup. Our first "date."
Throughout the years, we've celebrated this anniversary by having tuna sandwiches and soup (usually not vegetable beef since it's not one of my preferred soup choices) or having dinner out. Last year we may have had Bill's BBQ cheeseburgers - one of my favorites! Tonight, however, we went to Sizzler in Hayward where they serve very tasty Mega Bacon Cheeseburgers and french fries. Delicious!
20 years. That's a whole child born and raised and graduated from high school and sent to college. I moved into my own apartment with Greg when I was 19.
Just 3 more years until Bill and I have been together as many years as I was when we met (stop trying to calculate! I was 23 years old).
