In addition to buying knitting books 2 weeks ago, I went crazy buying music CDs... Four Etta James (my new favorite female singer!), a couple Trace Adkins (oh my! a lovely deep voice!), two Chess Blues Classics, and one each of Travis Tritt, Reba McEntire, Donnell Jones, and Prince. There's a copy fest going on now! (I keep copies in my car instead of the originals because the CDs get damaged by the sun and highway bumps).

Cd purchase I made: Chris Issac's greatest, John Waite - hits, Carpenter's 2 cd's greatest (found myself playing merry christmas darling - can't get ready for Christmas until February and then it's too late or to early) and the Who! Was told I need to sell back some cd's. Please do not purchase any more knitting books.... borrow one of mine. I just purchased baby booties and knitting socks.
Going to try and make this Sat and Sun a "Spend no money" weekend. (except on groceries)
Hi, Toni - Christmas songs are *great* in November and December, sliding into January even! By then, I'm tired of hearing them! Who said you needed to sell back some CDs? Your hubby? Bah-humbug! There's something nice about owning a book or pattern so you know it's there when you need it, but I'll try to remember your wonderful offer to borrow some of your knitting books - THANK YOU!
