Hi, Terri - Thank you for the compliment! There is no pattern for that blanket. I made up the flowers as I went along - you could use any crocheted flower pattern.
One of the square patterns is a solid granny square design - a free pattern is available here:

and the other squares are a variation of the solid granny square in which every other row uses dc, ch1, sk 1 instead of dc in each stitch.
